View Messages Associated with a Batch

You can view all messages associated with the batch that you are currently viewing. It also shows messages to alert operators about other batches that require operator action. The following list shows a summary of message types:

Waiting for the operator to answer a transition logic question.

Waiting for a transition logic expression or wait function to conclude.

Waiting for the operator to manually select a unit to allocate to an instance. The instance name is provided in the message.

Waiting for equipment to become available for allocation to the current batch. The instance name is provided in the message.

Waiting for the operator to acknowledge the beginning of a phase. The details of the equipment, operation, and phase requiring the acknowledge are provided in the message.

Waiting for the operator to acknowledge the end of a phase. The details of the equipment, operation, and phase requiring the acknowledge are provided in the message.

Waiting for the operator to edit one or more phase parameters. The details of the equipment, operation, and phase requiring the parameter editing are provided in the message.

Waiting for the operator to enter a comment for a phase. The details of the equipment, operation, and phase requiring the comment are provided in the message.

Waiting for an operator action on another batch. The details of the campaign, lot, and batch identification information are provided for the batch requiring the action.
To view the Batch Messages dialog box

Open the Batch Display dialog box.

On the toolbar, click the Batch Messages
icon.
The Batch Messages dialog box appears.
