EditPhaseParamGetDataClass()

This method queries the data class (as an integer) of a parameter based on its index in the EditPhaseParam list. A Short return value provides the data class. The value can be interpreted as follows:

0 = Analog
1 = Discrete
2 = String
3 = Enumeration
