TagMap File

The TagMap file (TagMap.txt) defines how AVEVA Batch Management with Foxboro DCS components unit and phase tags are mapped to Foxboro DCS control unit and phase blocks. Based on the configuration parameters in this file, Foxboro DCS Linker automatically creates Foxboro DCS tag assignments for all phases and units in the process model. Automatic generation reduces the need for extensive manual input. The TagMap file contains a default configuration that you can edit with Foxboro DCS Linker.
