Start the AVEVA Batch Management Server

This is the minimum set of run-time services that you must run on the AVEVA Batch Management server in order for InTouch Scheduler to work correctly.

Required if you are connecting to a Galaxy. |
Note: By default, the IBServ application is also in the runtime list. IBServ is responsible for providing AVEVA Batch Management tag information to DDE or SuiteLink clients. Since the BatchGUI controls do not use tag communications, IBServ may not be required. However, IBServ is required if you want to use the AVEVA Batch Management system tags elsewhere in your InTouch client application.
