Allocate Equipment

To run any phase as part of a batch, equipment must be allocated to the batch. If suitable equipment had been previously allocated to the batch, that equipment is used. If equipment was not previously allocated, the AVEVA Batch Management System must allocate suitable equipment to the batch before it can proceed with phase processing. The three approaches to allocating equipment for a batch are described in the information that follows.
