"UnitProcedure" Event Type Properties

Each "UnitProcedure" event type sent from the Batch Server (Source=BatchMngr) has the following properties. This event is triggered when a unit procedure state changes. These properties must be accessed using the GetProperty() method on the client-side Event object.
