PhaseParamGetItem()

This method queries all information of a parameter based on its index in the PhaseParam list. A String return value (180 characters) contains the parameter name, parameter type, extension, value, unit or measure, edit status, data class, and enumeration set name fields. Eachfield is separated by two spaces.
