View the Reports

The AVEVA Batch Management Reports web pages enable you to run interactive reports and view reports that have been automatically generated by AVEVA Batch Management. That is, these are reports that you configured and scheduled to run at a specific time.

To open the AVEVA Batch Management Reports web page

1. On the Report Content Server, click Programs > AVEVA Batch Management > AVEVA Batch Management Reports.

   Alternatively, on the Environment Display dialog box, click the BatchReport icon.

   The AVEVA Batch Management Reports page appears.

2. Click View Reports.

   

   All the reports that have been previously defined appear in the Reports list.

To view a report

Note: You must have appropriate permissions to be able to view reports.

3. Click the View button associated with the report that you want to view.

   The View Report page appears.

   All instances for the selected report that have been printed to a disk file are listed.

4. Identify the instance (as determined by date and time) and click the corresponding View button.

   The report appears.
