PhaseParamGetExt()

This method queries the extension of a parameter based on its index in the PhaseParam list. A Short return value provides the extension. The value can be interpreted as follows:

1 = Material ID
2 = Material Name
3 = Target
4 = Actual
5 = High deviation
6 = Low deviation
7 = Lot code
8 = Preact
9 = High limit
10 = Low limit
