Process Dashboard

Different users in the plant need different information about the system. Process supervisors require easy access to monitoring the process operation. Maintenance personnel need information about the equipment availability so they can plan their maintenance programs. Batch operators need to interact with the process to ensure the quality of the product is optimal.

The Process Dashboard window of the demo shows the equipment used in the production of the breading mix. Each tile represents the status of the equipment by changing the background color between green (available) and red (in use).

When the user clicks on any of the equipment tiles, a window pops up with detailed information about the batch that is using it, as well as the allocation status and its availability. For detailed information about the phase executing in the equipment, the user can click on the Overview button.

In the Production Dashboard window, the operator can click on the Operate button associated with the equipment and a window appears that shows the controls to manage the operation of the active phase. The navigation panel in the top banner allows the user to move between windows as needed.
