Interactively Generating Reports

AVEVA Batch Management enables you to interactively generate reports whenever you want them instead of waiting for a scheduled report.

To interactively generate a report

1. On the Report Content Server, click Programs > AVEVA Batch Management > AVEVA Batch Management Reports.

   Alternatively, on the Environment Display dialog box, click the BatchReport icon.

   The AVEVA Batch Management Reports page appears.

2. Click Execute Reports. The SSRS AVEVA Batch Management Reports page opens and displays a list of available interactive report types.

   

3. Select an item from the list. The following figure shows the form for the Batches By Material report.

   

4. Complete the form. For details, see "Completing the Interactive Report Forms".

5. Click View Report.
