Configure Reports

You can add, view, edit, and delete report configurations to the reporting system.
You must have administrative rights to be able to access this capability.
To access the report configuration menu

Open the AVEVA AVEVA Batch Management Reports Administration page using the AVEVA Batch Management Reports Administration shortcut.

Click the Configuration icon. The Report Configuration page opens. You can see a list of configured reports.

Click Add Report.
The Add Report Config form appears.

In the Name box, type End of Batch.

In the Description box, type a brief description of the report: Report run at end of each batch.

From the Report Template box, select the Batch Journal template.

Select the Output to File check box.

Type the complete path information in the Output Path box: C:\Reports.

From the Output Type list, select MHTML.

Click Add Report.
