Known Issues - Documentation

Newer operating systems no longer include the WinHlp32.exe Help viewer component, which is required for viewing .hlp files. The AVEVA Batch Management software includes the following .hlp files:

• BatchView.hlp

• IALink.hlp

• TagView.hlp

  To view these Help files, download and install the viewer component from Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607.

The Help for AVEVA Batch Management web client is best viewed in Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox browsers.

When you refresh the AVEVA Batch Management web client Help, it redirects to the Portal Home page. You need to click on the Help menu in the portal to open the Help again.
