You can position objects in front of or behind others.
Position an object behind another object

Select the objects(s).

On the Home menu, in the Arrange group, select Send to Back.
Position an object in front of another object

Select the objects(s).

On the Home menu, in the Arrange group, select Bring to Front.
Alternatively, press SHIFT+F9.
