Open a Command Prompt window: Click Start > Run, type cmd, and then click OK.

Navigate to the directory PI\adm.

Enter the following at the command prompt:
piartool -systembackup start -subsystem piarchss
piartool -systembackup start -subsystem pisnapss
piartool -systembackup start -subsystem pibasess
