Special characters in piconfig

piconfig uses special characters that include:

• command character (ComChar)

• comment character (comment)

• delimiter character (delimiter)

• quote character (quote)

  Note: Specifying a quote character causes any field containing the delimiter character (comma by default), to be enclosed with the specified quote character. See Quoted strings.
