Use the pidiag -qs command to view the statistics information contained within the event-queue statistics file. When troubleshooting a Data Archive issue, the Technical Support Engineer may request this information. You many run this command only when PI Snapshot Subsystem and the PI Archive Subsystem are offline.

  1. At a command prompt, go to the PI\adm directory.

  2. Type the following command:

    pidiag -qs path
