Data structure types

The structure type (stype) indicates the format of the data structure used to specify input and output.

The possible structure types are:

• Delimited (default)

• Fixed

• Keyword

To specify an output structure type that differs from the input structure type, use theostype and istype commands instead of the stype command.

The specified structure type persists until the next structure type command.
