The PI firewall is a security feature that allows PI Network Manager to control access to the Data Archive server at the IP network address level. System administrators can use the PI firewall to allow or deny specific computers to connect. Use this table to control general access to the Data Archive server by network address.
After you edit the PI firewall, changes can take as long as 15 minutes to take effect. You can also restart Data Archive to reload the table.
Select this table using the command:
@table pifirewall
The primary key is HOSTMASK.
