Use the piartool utility to mount archive files, create Data Archive backups, and monitor, inspect, or modify the state of a running Data Archive server. Run the piartool utility from the ..\PI\adm directory. Data Archive must be running to use the piartool utility. For common archive management tasks, use the piarchss utility.
