Remote sessions

You can use piconfig remotely from any PINS node. To establish a remote session, use the ‑node hostname|IP_address option to specify the remote Data Archive node. Use the following options to specify an authentication method:

• -windows

• -trust

• -explicit

• When you use an explicit login, you must also specify credentials by using the -username and -password options.
