The Results grid presents PI Audit database records retrieved by searching the PI Audit database. Each row of the grid shows one audit record. You can expand a row to show details for a record:
Use the Results grid shortcut menus to hide or display audit records, hide or display columns, export audit data to a file, print audit records, and perform other tasks:

Command |
Description |

Search |
Executes the search using the current search configuration. |
|
Hide Selected Records |
Hides the selected rows from view. Use Shift-click to select a range of records, or Ctrl-click to select individual records. |

Show All Hidden Records |
Makes previously hidden PI Audit database records visible. |
|
Export to CSV |
Exports PI Audit database records to a comma-separated value (CSV) file. |
|
Export to Excel |
Exports PI Audit database records to an Excel file. |
|
|
Prints all the PI Audit database records in the Results grid, together with a title page that specifies the search criteria used. |

Print Preview |
Shows a preview of the selected print operation. Two options are available for preview:

Details |
Shows the PI AuditRecord Details dialog, which shows all the available information for one Audit Database record. You can scroll through the PI Audit database records with the up and down arrows. |

Messages |
Shows or hides the Messages pane at the bottom of the window. |
