Load event queue into an offline archive

After you move PI\dat\pimq*.dat to a different folder than PI\dat for later reprocessing, you can load the renamed event queue into an offline archive. The input path is the saved event queue path. The argument -evq indicates that the offline archive mode is set to use event queues. The resulting output archive might have dates that overlap existing archives. Offline processing is required to combine these archives.
