PI Unit Batches

PIUnitBatches only have one unique issue, which is showing changes to the PISubbatches collection. This is handled similarly to PIProperties. Unlike PIProperties, however, sub-batches are uniquely identified, so a rename is not the same as a deletion followed by an addition.
