Overview

It is possible to auto create an electrical connection element between cable/multi-cable and equipment/sub-equipment elements. The Auto create Electrical Connection option is set in the Electrical connections options.

• Auto create Electrical Connection - This option determines if an electrical connection symbol should be automatically added and an electrical connection created in the database when a cable is connected to an equipment on the drawing.

• Default electrical connection stencil name - The name of the stencil from which the electrical connection shape is taken.

• Default electrical connection shape name - The name of the shape to be used in the automatic electrical connection creation.
