Tool Bar Buttons

Refresh Tables. This button is used to refresh all the tables which are created on the current drawing.

If no table is selected and you click the Refresh Tables button it will highlight all the tables on the drawing and you are prompted with ‘Are you sure want to update all Diagram Reports'. Click YES and all tables on the drawing are updated.

Select a table on the drawing and click the Refresh Tables button only the selected table is updated.

Select Tables. This button is used to selects all the tables which are on the current drawing.

For example, you can delete the tables or refresh the tables.

Link Shape to Report. This button is used to link the shape to the report file.

Select the report file in the dialog box. Click on Open and the report file is linked to the shape.

To run the linked report, refresh the table.

1. Select a shape on the drawing and click on Link on Shape, this will open a dialog box.

   

2. Select the Report file(.repv) to link to the shape. Click on open and the selected report file will be linked to the shape.

   

3. Right-click and refresh the table to run the report file. This will update the table based on the report files linked to the shape.

   

   The table will be generated based on the report file(.repv) that is linked on the drawing.
