Clearing Diagrams Revision History

The revision history of a project can be cleared by users who have administrative access. This action will clear all the revisions of each drawing except the working copies. For the drawings, which do not have working copies a working copy will be created.

Prerequisites |
System Administrator level is required. |

All database claims should be expunged. |
|
|
If the Status Layout window is open it should be closed. |
To clear the revision history follow the below steps:

On the File menu click Tools

Click on the Reset Drawing Revisions button. This button will be disabled if the user is not an administrator.

A warning prompt is displayed to advise the user to back up the data. Click Yes to continue.

Information about the clearing of drawings is displayed along with the progress bar. Once the operation is finished save the changes.
