In other projects there will not be a stencil file available. However, you can create your own report files and link them to the shapes.
Create or Open a drawing and draw a shape on the drawing.
To enable the Shape Protection behavior and then link the shape to the report file(.repv) use the Link Shape To Report button in the ribbon.

Link Shape to Report |
This option links the shape to the report file. A dialog box is available where it is possible to select the report file. Click on open and it links the report file to the shape. To run the linked report, refresh the table. |

Select the report and click on Link on Shape. A dialog box will be opened.

Select the report file (.repv) to link to the shape. You can create your own stencil file with the help of shapes linked to report files.

Refresh the table to run the report file.
The table is generated based on the report file(.repv) linked on drawing.
