Redesign of Instrument Loop

There is a new option in Diagrams Options > General options > System Configuration > Instrumentation Loop > Simplify Loop editing style as shown below.

By default this option is set to False.

When this option is set to True a new window will be shown where it is possible to set the loop reference with a minimum number of clicks.

When set to False there will be no Loop References available for selection.
