Configuration

To enable the Revision Control functionality in Diagrams the proper Revision Configuration element (REVCON) must be set in Diagrams Options.

The REVCON element should be created in the Lexicon database beforehand. for further information about the Revision Configuration Element please refer to the Revision Configuration topic in the LEXICON User Guide / Datasheets, as the REVCON element was originally introduced for the Datasheets Revision Control and then adopted for use in Diagrams. Therefore the REVCON creation process in Lexicon is identical for both Datasheets and Diagrams.

The main difference is a necessity to use the Status Control Definition valid for SCDIAG elements as Status Control Definition changes will trigger the creation of diagram revisions.
