User Formatting Rules

The rules are specific to the particular application that you are logged in to. Formatting rules created in the User Formatting Rules window will be stored at user level.
To switch from the User Formatting Rules to the Shared Formatting Rules function, right-click on the User Formatting Rules option and then select the Shared Rules from the context menu.
