Using Pipe Destination Elements

For pipes that end without any connection to an equipment item, Pipe Destination elements can be used. A Pipe Destination shape can be attached to the end of a branch, and can contain a description of the nature of the branch end. This can for instance be 'Vent to atmosphere', 'Overboard discharge'.

Pipe Destination elements will also remove unnecessary information messages from the consistency check result, such that the end of a branch is unconnected.

Pipe Destination shapes can be created using the Import Shape Wizard.
