Update Operation

• The Update operation will remove all shapes from the existing background pages (even if they are protected against deletion) and inserts new shapes from the template page. Newly created shapes will have the same location as in the template.

• All page properties like height, width, scale, context menu . will be updated according to the Background source properties. However, the page name remains unchanged.

• If the source background page is an 'Intelligent Background Page', refer to Intelligent Background Page, all elements position located on the foreground page will be updated according to the new background.

• Should the replaced page be an 'Intelligent Background Page' but the source background page not, the page will no longer remain an 'Intelligent Background Page' after update.

• When the source background page contains title blocks, they will be updated to reflect the current drawing data.

• Would the size or any other properties change during the update process, you are notified about it.

• SVG files will be updated.

When all background pages are replaced, you can see the result of this operation by clicking the Show log button.
