Diagrams uses snap and glue settings, these snap and glue settings are different for each drawing in Diagrams. A common snap and glue settings for all diagrams can be maintained in Diagrams Options > Default Snap and Glue Settings. Administrator rights is needed to enable or disable this option in Diagrams, otherwise the option will be read-only.
