Delete multiple drawings

The Delete Multiple Drawings feature lets you remove one or more drawings from the Diagrams canvas at the same time. It helps improve efficiency by providing you a single window where you can search, select, and permanently delete drawings.

To delete multiple drawings:

1. In the Tools menu, select Delete Multiple Drawings.

   

2. In the Delete Multiple Drawing window, select one or multiple drawings.

3. Select Delete.

   

   Alternatively, you can see all the drawings currently available on the canvas. Into the search bar, you can enter the name of the drawing and delete it.

   A Confirm Deletion windows opens to make sure you want to delete the selected drawing(s).

   

   Note: It is a permanent operation, the drawings cannot be recovered after deletion.

4. Select Yes.

   The application closes the Confirm Deletion window and deletes the selected drawings. When you select Yes on the Confirm Deletion window, the Delete Multiple Drawings window will close automatically.
