Grace period

The Web Server will enter the grace period under the below conditions:

• If a valid license is acquired and later expires.

• If a valid license is acquired, but cannot be acquired later.

During the grace period, all InTouch Web Client features will be available for connected and new sessions. The Web Client page will display a visual notification that the Web Server is in grace period mode. The grace period is 14 days. After the grace period has ended, the Web Server will continue to function and immediately switch to a single license for one session, on a first come first serve basis. If the same license is acquired, then the Web Server will exit the Grace Period mode.
