User interface services

IDE provides various predefined user interface related services, which are being used by the native IDE and Wonderware extensions. They should be used by all IDE extensions to avoid duplication of work, to provide uniform look and feel and for seamless integration with the IDE. This includes command framework related services, selection service, progress notification service, object icon service and so on.
