Export a galaxy style library

You can create your own Galaxy Style Library by overriding the configuration of Element Styles and exporting the library. For information about setting Element Style overrides, see Change the visual properties of an element style.

If the galaxy has more than one style library, exporting exports all libraries, into separate XML files. You cannot export only one style library.

To export galaxy style libraries

1. From the menu bar, select Galaxy, then Export, then Styles. The Select Folder dialog box appears.

2. Browse to and select a folder.

3. Select Select Folder.

   The style libraries are exported to the selected folder, each into its own XML file.
