The Industrial Graphics Editor Properties view contains an Element Style Appearance item to select an Element Style and apply it to a selected element of a graphic.
To apply an element style from the properties editor

Open the graphic in the Industrial Graphic Editor.

Select one or more elements from the graphic.

In the Appearance category of the Properties Editor, select an Element Style from the Element Style list.
