You can delete users you no longer need.

Note: You cannot delete a user who is currently logged on.

To delete a user

  1. From the ribbon, select Galaxy, select Configure, and then select Security. The Security page appears.

  2. Select the Users tab.

  3. Select the user to delete.

  4. Select Delete (-).

Note: The Network Account and aaGalaxyOwner account are required. If you accidentally delete the Network Account from Windows, you can run either the Change Network Account utility or the aaConfig SQL utility to restore it. If you delete either account from SQL Server, you must run aaConfigSQL to restore it. See the System Platform Installation Guide for more information.
