Import translated international strings

To import internationalized string files, you must first have exported the strings for translation of some or all of the internationalized strings.

To import a translated internationalized string file

  1. Open the Galaxy into which you want to import translated internationalized strings.

  2. On the Galaxy menu, select Import, then select Localization, and then select the Internationalized strings menu option. The Import Internationalized strings dialog box appears.

  3. Configure the import settings:

    1. In the Language to import pull-down list, select the language to import. You can import only one language at a time.

    2. In the Folder to import box, type or browse to the folder where you previously exported your language file. The available language files appear in the Select files to import list.

    3. Select a file or files to import.

  4. Select Import. The import progress box appears.

  5. Select Close when the import completes.

    Note: If an internationalized string does not match, a message is displayed for each failed string import.
