IDE backstage configuration options

The System Platform IDE contains a set of backstage options that lets you configure security, communications, alarms and events, and other parameters on a Galaxy-wide basis. In addition, the backstage lets you create or connect to a Galaxy, sign into CONNECT, import and export objects, change or view the Galaxy user, and set user preferences.
