Associate tour digital states with a tour

Digital states should always be updated before a tour is run.

Use the Tour System States window to select which system digital states you want to be associated with a tour, in addition to user-defined digital states. Note that user-defined states do not appear in the Available States list.

1. In the Tour Configuration window, click .

2. In the Tour System States window, choose from the following actions:

   To ...	Do this ...
   Change sort order	Click on a column heading, such as State Code or State.
   Add a single digital system state	Double-click an entry in the Available States list.
   Add several digital system states	Use the Ctrl or Shift key to select states in the Available States list. Right-click and select Add Selected.
   Hide digital system states	Use the Ctrl or Shift key to select states in the Available States list. Right-click and select Hide Selected.
   Show all digital system states	Right-click and select Show All.
   Remove a selected state	Select one or more entries in the Selected States list. Right-click and select Remove Selected.

3. Click OK to save the states you have selected for the tour.
