Create a tour with Tour Creation Wizard

In the PIML Tour Creation window, you must enter data in fields that display .

1. In the Tour Name field, enter a unique name for the tour.

2. In the Tour Description field, enter a description for the tour that will help users identify its purpose.

3. Click Next.

4. In the Full Permission Group field, select the group that can access tour runs with full permissions. Members of the selected group can modify the tour, enter and review data for the tour, as well as delete tour runs.

5. In the Data Entry Only Group field, select the group that can access the tour with data entry only permissions. Members of the selected group can only enter and modify tour run data. They cannot delete tour runs.

6. Click Next.

7. Click Add.

8. In the Tag Search window, enter criteria to find the tags you want to include in the tour and click Search.

   A list of tags that match your criteria are displayed.

9. Use standard Windows selection methods to highlight the tags to be included in the tour and click OK.

   • Ctrl + Click: Selects multiple individual tags

   • Shift + Click: Selects a consecutive group of tags

10. Click Next if the selected tags are correct. Otherwise, click Add and enter different search criteria in the Tag Search window.

11. Click Finish.

    The Tour Configuration window opens with the first tag already selected in the Tag Configuration tab. The full list of tags you selected are displayed in the Tag List View pane.
