After completing the installation of PI Manual Logger Mobile 2012, you need to complete the following configuration for each mobile device:

Customize device settings to suit personal preferences.

Set up data transfer options.

Initialize the device database.

Set up automatic data synchronization.
Mobile device tasks
You can perform many of the above mobile device configuration tasks from the PC client if the device has been connected through ActiveSync/WMDC.
You access the Mobile Device Tasks window from Mobile Devices > Common Tasks, or by selecting Manage Mobile Devices and Transfer Data from the Getting Started window.
