Manage tour tag groups

Use the Tag Group Editor window to manage tag groups.

1. To manage a tag group, choose from one of the following:

   • Click in the Tag List View pane.

   • Right-click in the tree displayed in the Tree View tab and select Tag Group Editor.

   • Beside the Tag Group field on the Tag Configuration tab, click Set.

2. In the Tag Group Editor window, choose from the following actions.

   To ...	Do this ...
   Create a new group	Click . In the New Group Name window, enter a new group name in the box. Click OK. For information on how to add tags to the group, see Add tags to a group.
   Delete a group	Select the group to be deleted and click . In the Deleting Confirmation window, click: Yes to also delete all sub groups and tags in the group. No to delete only the selected group and preserve all sub groups and tags.
   Assign a barcode to a tag group	Select a group. Click in the box beside and enter a barcode string. Click Apply.
   Move a tag group left in the tree	Select a tag group and click .
   Move a tag group right in the tree	Select a tag group and click.
   Move a tag group up in the tree	Select a tag group and click .
   Move a tag group down in the tree	Select a tag group and click .
   Rename a tag group	Select a tag group and click Rename. In the Rename the Group window, enter a new name in the box. Click OK.

3. Choose from the following actions:

   • To save your changes, click OK.

   • To undo your changes, click Cancel.
