You use the Tour Configuration window to configure all aspects of a tour.

The Tour Configuration window comprises a maximum of five panes, although the Message Logs pane is hidden by default. To view this pane, see

Pane	Description
Tour Info	Enables you to view and manage tour information, such as the tour name, description, and notes. You can also access these additional features: User permission groups: See User database management. Comments: See Comments. Schedules: See Define data collection scheduling. Tour Options: See Tour options.
Tag Configuration	Displays tabs for tag configuration: Tag Configuration. See Tag configuration. Tag Entry Options. See Tag Entry Options tab. Data Validation. See Data validation. Tag Group Configuration: See Add tags to a group.
Tag Attributes	Enables you to review details for the tag selected in the central pane.
Tag List View	Displays the tags currently included in the tour in either a tree hierarchy or an ordered list.
Message Logs	Displays the contents of the message log. You can right-click in the pane to select menu options that enable you to refresh the display, add a new log entry in the Comment/Log Entry window, and copy the log contents to the Windows clipboard.

You can close and re-display panes, as well as adjust the width of the Tag Attributes and Tag List View panes.

To close a pane, you click in the pane title or click and uncheck the pane to be removed.
To display a pane, you click and select the pane to be added.
