To reuse tags and tag groups, import an existing tag group hierarchy from another tour.

In the Tag List View pane of the Tour Configuration window, right-click in the Tree View tab and select Import from a tour.

In the Pick a tour window, select a tour from the list and click OK.
Reorganize tags and tag groups, as necessary.
