Review unapproved tour run data

You use the Tour Run Maintenance window to manage unapproved tour run data stored in the database.

Note: Only users that are members of the PIML administrative group can access this function.

1. Access Tours > Tour Run Maintenance.

2. In the Tour Run Maintenance window, you can view the list of unapproved tour run data and their statuses. You can also remove any unapproved tour run data. It is recommended that you periodically remove old tour runs that have been archived.

   Note: Approved tour run data is saved in the target PI points. It is recommended that you use PI client tools, such as PI ProcessBook and PI DataLink, to view the approved data available.
