Review all barcodes in a tour

Use the barcode overview feature to review all barcodes defined in a tour, or to print out one of the predefined types of barcodes. Available barcode types are 39 and 128, with 128 being the default.

1. In the Tour Configuration window, click and select Barcodes Overview.

2. In the Tour Barcodes Overview window, choose from the following actions:

   To ...	Do this ...
   Print the tour barcodes	Click Print Barcodes. Select Print. Select Print with barcode string to print the barcode with a readable string or Print without barcode string. In the Print Setup window, select Size and Source for the paper, choose Portrait or Landscape orientation, and change margins as needed. Click OK. In the Print Preview window, review the barcode output and then click .
   Generate barcodes based on tag names	Click . Otherwise, configure the barcodes to whatever best fits your needs within the bounds of the barcode type that your barcode scanner supports (for example, Code 39, or Code 128).

3. Click Save.
